During an initial appointment, a comprehensive medical history will be collected and a range of questions asked to develop a treatment plan that addresses your goals. Treatment may include acupuncture alone or in combination with cupping, moxibustion, herbal therapies, tui na, gua sha, and dietary and lifestyle advice.

Follow up Acupuncture appointment

$90 – 45 minutes
A follow-up appointment involves a discussion around treatment response and re-evaluation of treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy

We totally get that life can throw some curveballs your way. We’re all about being flexible and understanding. But you know, last-minute cancellations can cause a bit of a ripple effect in our schedule and impact others who are looking to receive our care. So, we’ve put together a super-friendly cancellation policy to keep things fair and keep our healthcare quality top-notch:

Changing Plans: We kindly ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment, you give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Just give a ring to our amazing reception team at 5174 3290. This helps us rearrange things smoothly for everyone.

Initial Appointments: We like to make sure we have plenty of time for you, which does come at an extra cost for us. To ensure we can reserve that time just for you, we’ve had to introduce a non-refundable 50% deposit requirement. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

No Stress for the First Time: Don’t sweat it if something unexpected comes up – we totally get it! For your first cancellation or reschedule, there won’t be any additional fees. Life happens, right?

Following Times/No Shows: If you find yourself needing to cancel, reschedule, or if you can’t make it (we’ll miss you though!), we’ll have to apply a 100% cancellation fee for not giving us that 24-hour heads-up. We want to make sure everyone has a fair chance to receive care. And if this happens a few times, we might need to ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your spot.

Special Situations: Now, we’re human too, and we know emergencies and unexpected stuff can come out of nowhere. In those cases, just chat with us. We might be able to waive the fee. We’re all about helping each other out.
